Is it BAD for my health to WAKE up Late ?
I have a flexible work schedule and have fallen into a bad habit of getting up really late.
between 1pm and 3 pm!
Today I just wokr up at 3:30
Tomorrow I will be up late because Im going out all night to halloween parties.
But should I make a concerted effort to start getting up by say 10 AM in the future ?
What is bad for my health about waking up so late ?
I notice when its sun warmer out I LIKE getting up earlier.
But now that its colder and more rain i just want to sleep in late.

Sometimes I do sleep until like 2pm but I go to bed at like midnight, I dont see how it's bad for you. However, If I sleep at like 9pm and get up at 2pm thats like 17 hours sleep and when I wake up I have a headache or feel a bit ill from sleeping too long. So I dont think getting up late is unhealthy for you but you might feel a bit ill if I sleep too long.
It's nice to sleep for longer some days, because you don't get to do it often, it's refreashing
