Is it bad to stay up till 4 A.M Regularly, even if I'm still getting 8-10 Hours of sleep?
I usually stay up way late, like...4 in the morning, and I haven't been feeling bad at all, I think because I'm still getting a very healthy amount of sleep. I just wake up at around 12 or 2. p.m. Are there any bad side effects to this?

Staying up late can also cause excess eating|||Not if that is just your natural sleep cycle and you are getting enough sleep, and it doesn't affect your ability to function in society.
