Is it to late for me to go to a college of my choice?

I'm a sophomore in High school and I've always known exactly what I've wanted to do with my life I've always wanted to be a paramedic/EMT, a nurse, or get accepted in to Juilliard for music.. Since Juilliard isn't exactly easy to get into I've mainly been banking on becoming a paramedic/EMT or a nurse.. but when I started high school I got involved with drinking and doing drugs and thats basically when my GPA plummeted to the ground. I've been passing all my classes but barely.. I've had a couple B's maybe an A uh maybe a C or two someplace? but thats about it. The new semester just started and it just hit me that if I don't get my grades way up that I wont be doing much of anything with my life. Is it to late for me to go to a college of my choice? do I still have time to get my GPA up?

Its never too late especially since ur only in 10th grade. U will have to work ur butt off and maintain A's and Im so dead serious i mean A's maybe one B but its needs to be A's if you want ur gpa to get higher, it also depends on ur gPA now, if its 0.52643873 or w/e u need A's it it 1.23234 or w/e try not to get C's if its 2.4 lower than 2.5 which is required for many hs to graduate try to keep B's to a minimum maybe 2 of them each semester but if you dont end up with a higher GPA by graduation, u can always go to a community college and work ur butt off there, once you do that and get a really good GPA u can transfer thats what I did, because I messed up in 10th grade too. Only thing is make sure you enroll in t a Community college rigth after grauation or before and dont take a year off. university's will see you took a yera off and wonder why you slacked off.
