Is it to late to get fit?
Im 31 and am seriously unfit, im 280lbs and 6'1 tall! I wanna get into shape, but im rubbish at sports, always have been!! The only thing ive ever been good at is fighting. Until I was about 18 i got into loadsa fights and never lost. (except i got jumped by 5 boys outside a pub when i was 17 and pissed right up) They usually started coz people called me names in school and out n about coz ive always been a bit overweight and very big built. My old 'mates' used to call me Rocky. I met someone then who made me realise violence solves nothing in society! But ive been told im built for boxing, by some people and have always been an avid viewer of the sport. Is it too late? I think it would help me get some anger out? Does anyone know about boxing? I'd be embarassed to walk into a gym and get sparked out by some 18 year old on my first day! Need to do something with my rage but keep discipline! Dont want to go to any local ones i know a few boys from them i dont get on with. Any advice?
