Is it too late for me to register to vote in California? If not, where do I go to register? I heard you go to the post office to register, is that true? Also just curious, who are you all voting for? Im going republican, voting for McCain if he gets the nomination!

You have to register with the county clerk, which (when I lived in California) couldn't be done at the post office. Look up the CA secretary of state, they handle the elections, and can tell when/where/how you need to register.

But really, it's NEVER too late to register to vote.

Um no it is not well to be honest I am not sure for your state but in NJ it is not...hurry and fill out your registration, print it out and mail it off if you want McCain to win. It looks like he is a front-runner for the Republican position.

I personally am voting Democrat I consider myself a moderate voter though. I may vote Republican if Clinton gets the Democratic nomination. That would suck. I am actually still pretty upset that Edwards dropped out! :( Obama 08!|||In most every state you have to be able to register at the polls. You should be able to go in with a state ID and mail like a bill that has your home address on it and you can register right before you vote.
