Is it too late to 'start taking care of my eyes' ... Please read?

I use my computer alot, especially at night... for homework, chatting, playing... sometimes I spend alot of hours in front of my pc and maybe a bit too close to the screen... so far, my eye vision hasn't gotten any worse... I have perfect eye vision and would like to keep it that way.

Is it TOO late to decide to be staying far from the screen and taking regular breaks or have my eyes been damaged without me knowing it? I REALLY don't want glasses!! Please help, I'm 16!!

let me ask you something...have you had your eyes checked lately??? i thought my vision was still 20/20 too until i started getting migraines and i went to the eye dr and i needed glasses but my vision to me didnt change. my brain just got used to it and that is why i could see great but like i said i couldnt and now since i have glasses i can see soooo much better. try getting you eyes checked then if they are ok use your preventative measures like you mention above
