Is it too late to get a life?

I'm 17 and a senior in highschool and i feel like i don't know anybody in school because sometimes im shy around people i dont know. When i'm happy i don't care about what people think of me but i'm not happy all the time and that's ok because if there were no ups and downs there would be nothing to get over. Is it to late to get a life? I'm going to meet more people and get out more when i get my license next year.

Well, I am practically the same way in school.

But there's still time. The thing that I do is I just try to take it a little at a time and get to know those that I don't know.

You'll get the hang of it. Just don't give up, buddy.|||nah. You're still very young! you still have all that college stuff ahead of you, you can make tons of friends there! Don't worry about it.
