Is it too late to get her?

I'm first year college and this girl gave me some indicators that she was interested in me (like sitting beside me) but i never really talked to her. I have a feeling she's attracted to me but i cant just go up to her all of a sudden and start talking to her when i basically ignored her all entire first year. Is it too late to get her?

Get off the computer and go call her!!|||When she sits next to you jsut start talking to her about the class. Ask her if she did the readings and if she's majoring in something to do with the class. Start slow and everyday mention something new like the next day you see her be like "how was your weekend? what did you do?
