I cut the side of my foot on something in the car and it was just a little cut but it's jagged and bled an awful lot. I cleaned it but I'm not sure if there is a little piece of glass in there or nor because today it's all red and puffy,and every time I bend it the wrong way or bump it starts to bleed again and it's kind of throbbing. Is it too late for stitches?

it sounds like its getting infected. you should go to the doctor so they can check to see if theres any glass left in there, give you antibiotics for infection, and possibly stitch it up if its deep enough.
