Is it too late to move a pregnant cat??
My cat is 7 weeks pregnant. So she has roughly 2 weeks late. I am moving and was wondering if it was too late to move her. Would it be too stressful?? I will be 100% honest about all this. I was living with my boyfriend and his parents for a while, while my parents divorced, and now my mom has her own place, and I wanted to bring my cat here to have her kittens, but she only has 2 weeks left before she should have the kittens. My main concern is that she will get too stressed with the other cats. Cuz there are two other cats here she doesn't know. But I wanna get her out of the other house, cuz they treat the kittens like hell when their cat has kittens, so I feel they will when mine has hers.
WHAT SHOULD I DO??
Only kind answers please!!!
Is it too late to move a pregnant cat??imax theaterOk, my cat has been pregnant 6 times and once she finds a place to have the kittens and she is sure about it, she is not moving! But if your cat has not settled down in a certain area yet move her quick and if she has try to move her and make the new place more comfortable and secret than the other place. Soon she will realize that she has to use what is there and will deliver the babies successfully. Keep her away from the other cats till she has the babies. Put the kittens in a private place. If the other cats keep bothering the kittens she will move them till they are no longer bothered. When they are born the mother takes care of everything so don't worry about the other cats the mom will take care of it!! Good luck!!! =)
