Is it too late to play pro league (football) at 20.?
I am currently 20yrs of age and at the age of 14 used to be a top footy player but unfortunately had to quit as i moved from the city to the country.I never felt the same after and did'nt want to pay for a country team so i never got back into it.Now i'm 20 and have been told i have the perfect body to play football and so many people have been comparing me to the great SOnny Bill.i don't think i'm as great as him but they say have the build and speed to become a pro and should keep playing. The white lie is that i tell them i play in the first place.I really don't but people think i have what it takes to be a great football player.I am 6 ft 3 and 95kg without any training except for labour work.I have this natural physique as i am a halfcast Tongan which gives me teh build and strength and Half Danish which is the reason for being tall and fast.So do you thiink its too late and i should not bother becoming pro or should i give it my best and i have a chance still.Honest answers pls.
Is it too late to play pro league (football) at 20.?classical musicSure - but it will take a lot of commitment. First you will have to train, then maybe go to trials for a team in the Jim Beam cup or one of the country regional groups - maybe pick a team with an ex-NRL player as coach who may still have connections with a club. You would need to be very very impressive to be noticed (as you are starting late and a lot of scouts would only scout australian schoolboy championships etc.)
