No, they hope you don't claim your money they owe you.|||A person has 2 years to file a return and get a refund (if you have one coming) and 3 years to file an amended return.|||Nope.|||No not at all. If you have a refund coming you can file up to I think two years and still get your refund. You need to check the IRS web site at www.irs.gov to make sure of the time.|||yes...they will penalize you for being late...even if they owe you money! Go Figure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
