My period has never been that regular. I've gone a month or two before getting a period. Now my period is almost three months late and I'm worried. I've never had sex or done anything sexual with my boyfriend all we've ever done is kiss. I'm not sure what the problem is. I'm 14 and only 91lbs, and this is really scaring me [my period being so late].

You are seriously underweight and that's why your period is so irregular. You need to gain weight if you want it to be more regular. Also, are you on track or cross country? Or do you play a sport all the time? Over exercising your body will definitely make your period irregular.
