LATE change of address, is that okay!?

I filed AR-11 about 11 months after i moved

and unfortunately my I751 was approved in those ten months and my card came. I couldnt receive the card, i did not even know it came

by the time i changed my address, it already went back to USCIS and got destroyed

what is the penalty for filing AR 11 late?

will that affect any of the immigration progress?

for instance, would that damage my permant resident status??

Trust me I doubt that rule is enforced. There are a lot of permament residents that lives in the US and never give a registered address.
