There was a music video in the late 90's with a guy riding a mountain bike through I think an american city (dont recall). The guy reminded me of JK from Jamiroquoi. He was white with long hair. I realize that its not much to go on, but it's all I've got.

Don't recall any lyrics, but I believe the music was similar in sound to Jamiroquoi.

I know its a longshot....
