i don't remember exactly when this show was on, sometime in the late 90's or so, i believe. i think it was on saturday mornings. it showed kids, probably 12 or 13, getting ready in crazy outfits and i'm pretty sure it was like a talent show. but not actual talent, i think they lip synced if i remember correctly? i know it had to do with silly impersonations or whatever? i mean, i was born in '93 and i remember this show, so i know it was around '99 or so. but it's bugging me for years! any idea to what it is?
