Late and Confused.?

Let me start by saying that I am 25 and have never been pregnant. I am engaged and getting married next month. Stress has never affected my period before, I'm very regular. I would like to get pregnant in the next year or two, but it hasn't been on my mind too much lately. For the last week or so I have been exhibiting several pregnancy symptoms. I had a lot of nausea, fatigue, headaches, etc. Also I've had a lot of bloating in my stomach area, but I'm pretty thin so it may be more noticible to me. My period was late and I then began spotting, it seemed to me like it could be due to implantation bleeding. It was very light and unlike a normal period. Anyway I've taken 2 hpt and a blood test, all negative. Can implantation bleeding be "created" in your head? Or is that a process that can only happen eith the attachment of an actual embryo? I've heard of false pregnancies but I don't know if I would fall into that category. I think I would only be about a month pregnant.
