Late but testing negative...?

I am hoping I am pregnant. I am 2 days late and have taken 2 pregnancy tests, both of which have been negative. Do any of you have an experience where you tested negative a couple times and then finally got a positive? At which day after your missed period did it finally show positive? Do i still have hope? Thanks!

Well I am now 5 days late, and I have tested every day, including today -all negative. But I still have hope because I see lots of women on here who didn't ever get a pos, but the majority of them got a pos by 10 days late. I am trying to put off going to the doctor until then, just in case. At 2 days late I got alot of neg responses so keep your hope. Good luck!!

Good luck!!!!|||I'm late too, and have had menstural cramping the last half of the month, (which is strange because last pregnancy I had cramping like this and I was pregnant) but am also showing negative. So yeah I hear sometimes it just doesn't show for awhile.

I know first pregnancy, and this time as well...I just had this feeling my period just wasn't going to come. Even though off and on I had and have :D cramping.

I'd have to say seeing that your cycles are long, ......your probably pregnant, I can't see a cycle going too much longer. I think the longest I read about is 44 days. But I'd wait just a few more days if it hasn't shown up, try getting a test at the doctors.
