Late period????

So...

I'm 20 years old and have had my period for about 8 years. I'm a virgin and have never been on birth control. My periods are usually regular. I have skipped a month or so before.

However, I was supposed to get my period around January 8th and I haven't gotten it yet. I have been feeling cramps today...

Why is it late? From September- December I was eating really well. No junk food, soda, etc. Once Christmas came around, I was eating chocolate, soda, etc and still am. I am also stressed over College, homework, placements and work.

Could that be it? what could it be??

I've never had problems with my periods before. I get them (without a lot of cramps) and they're gone within 4 days.

Sometimes our periods are delayed because we are stressed. So I believe that is your case.|||id say check with the doctor, im sue it isnt that bad where your unhealthy, but you never know, so just check with the doctor sometime soon, and he or she will probly be able to know whats going on
