Late period, no protection, spotting?

My man and I have had sex without protection at least 5 times this month. Each time he came inside me, and twice I didnt use the bathroom after sex (which I heard can increase the chances of becoming pregnant). Ive missed my period, but my period is always a little late anyways. This morning I noticed some spotting, and thought I was getting my period, so I used a tampon, but when I changed it later there was hardly anything on it at all. I've been hungrier, exhausted, emotional, and peeing like crazy (9 times in one hour the other day).. but all of these things can mean a period too, except the peeing (and I have hyperthyroidism.. which makes me have to pee alot, although 9 times in one hour is even alot for me). What are the chances that I'm pregnant??? Does it sound like my period is on its way, or that I'm pregnant?

Im going to test in a week if i dont get my period by then, but in the meantime I would like your opinions. Gracias !
