Late period, odd symptoms, negataive hpt...could I be pregnant?

My last AF was May 16 and I am now about 9 days late for my next AF (28 day cycle). I have taken 3 pregnancy tests and all came back negative so far. So far, I have had nausea almost 24/7 for the last few days, a little bt of tederness around the nipples, some acid reflux, looser stool, my temp has been around 98.9 when it normally runs at 97.6, I have been getting a little more agitated lately (accordng to my hubby : ), and I have been having light pink/red spotting but only after orgasms for about 10 minutes. The spotting is only seen when I wipe with toilet paper. I also had a yeast infection about a 1 1/2 weeks ago which I treated with Monistat 1. Im not sure if that has anything to do with the spotting though.

Does anyone have any idea of if this could be pregnancy, early miscarriage, or anything. If I am pregnant, this will be my first. : )

You could be pregnant but you might now have enough hormones yet for the test to detect. Wait a few more days and test again or go to your doctor to get a blood test. Good luck!
