Ok... so I just got off the pill about 3 months ago, I was only on it for a year, the first two months were normal but this month I am 5 days late. I took a test the 15th of Jan at an OBGYN exam and it was negative and took one this past monday and it was negative so I know I am not pregnant, however, I am just freaking out that I havent started. I have a lot of cramping going on and sometimes its like a sharp cramping... whats up?!

Your body is probably just adjusting to being off he pill. The cramping is probably you getting ready to have a period. If it doesn't come in another week, try taking another test, or go back to the doctor.
