My period is nearly a week late?

My period is about a week late. I know for sure im not pregnant because I havent fooled around with anyone or had sex.I have had the cramps like I usually do before I get my period,but it still hasnt came yet.I have been kind of stressed,but not alot.

That happened to me once. it's ok, it happens =)|||Stress can really mess u up. I know for a fact. If you are stressed you body can feel it so just relax and everything will be ok.|||well even if you have regular periods, they always can get off. living in a house with my mom and sister completely changed my schedule. as long as you know you're not pregnant, i wouldnt worry about it. especially stress can mess up the schedule.
