Need to lose weight by late Sept!?
I'm getting married either late Oct or early Nov... so figured if I can get to as close to my goal weight as possible at the end of Sept, I'd be ok for fittings and all that.
I need to know how I could lose 10+ pounds a month. No pills or anything like that.
We have an eliptical machine, but I'm not sure I'm doing enough on it to get the results I want.
I'm obviously very out of shape (if you did the math), so I can't keep up a fast pace on it for very long (right now) so I try to stay at a steady pace that slowly works me out, but I don't know if I'm doing it long enough.
Should I stay on it for a half hour? Or do a full hour? Or do however long I can between half-full hour?
I also have Turbo Jam dvd (just the beginner one none of the advanced stuff)... and could incooperate that as well.
How often should I weight train? I can't do push ups so those are out of the question. What other exercise can I do to replace it?

The usual stuff lass, cut back on the crappy/fatty foods and increase the exercises. Mostly you should go for toning exercises as you will look slimmer, yet lose less weight. Do a quick search in the Yahoo Answers "Search for Questions" on weight loss, there are hundreds of answers there with details on different regimes.
