Not getting enough sleep and feeling really bad now :( please help?
its summer and i am a teen so i stay up late as usual. i try to go to bed at midnight or around that time but i never end up sleeping until like 4am because of another problem (long story.... but basically i have trouble falling asleep) and then monday and wednesdays i have to wake up at 7 to get to practice. and the other days i try to be up at 9 so my day isnt ruined. but i lately have been feeling really crappy and i have been getting headaches non stop and i think it is because i am not getting enough sleep. is there any way to not get enough sleep and then wake up not feeling like you are going to pass out??? do i need to increase my potassium or something like that??? please help i feel like this all the time now. (and i only used to feel like this when i am on vacation but now i feel like this all the time.)

Not getting enough sleep and feeling really bad now :( please help?the grand theatersleep trouble can be your thyroid gland.For some people, but NOT everyone, putting a good splash of iodine on your arm will rebalance your system and help you to sleep-I do it two nights a week at least!Don't over do, you can actually poison yourself with too much iodine. If it hellps than make sure you eat shrimp or other shell fish (high in iodine) a couple times a week. Good luck and Go Gators!!!
