One week late and two tests!?

I am a week late on my period, and I've taken two tests...the first one was negative, and the second one I found a very faint line. I have breast tenderness, and I've started to break out with a lot of acne. I get a little lightheaded and I sometimes I get just a little nauseous from time to time, and I'm also exhausted even from not doing anything. This past month I was sexually active with my boyfriend and we used no protection at all...even though he has a low sperm count, and he would ejaculate in me every time...is it still possible for me to be pregnant?
