Our roommate's lease ends next month, and we will not renew it. Now he's getting scary. Ho
His lease ends mid-May, and since we're not required to renew the lease, we don't plan to. He pays rent and utilities late every month ("but I paid on time this month"), throws parties without warning us first, and generally causes drama, trying to set people up against one another and lying. And he says he's a nice guy!
Well, the nice guy is getting hostile. He's still trying to turn mutual friends against us, even though he's not being kicked out or evicted or anything legal - we just don't want him here anymore! I'm not trying to make it personal. I just want him gone. Having him in the house makes me so uncomfortable I don't even leave my room when I know he's here!
Now he won't let us show his room to potential replacements and I am at my wit's end. He leaves rude messages all over the house when he can't find us to be rude to our faces. We're all upset, and this just isn't right. We did NOTHING but let him live there, and we put up with his **** for months. What can we do????

If talking to him like a fellow Friend/human being doesn't work, then go and get a restraining order on him. It's mean but it helps clear up the problem. Or makes it worse if he's freakin nuts
