Period 2 weeks late...neg hpt and blood test..?

My last period was august 4th and now it is about 2 weeks late, Im never ever this late. I keep getting cramps and I think it is going to start but then they stop. This has been going on for about a week now. I took a couple hpts about a week ago and they came out neg, I also went for a blood test and that was neg also. Im not quite sure what to do, is there the possibility that I didnt have even hormones for the tests to come out positive? should I keep testing?

if you are late two weeks and all those test came negative

i can say for sure you are not pregnant

and the reason for not getting your period could be lots of things

and you need to see and obgyn definitely

i missed my period once in February

i didn't got it at all that month and i wasn't pregnant

i went to doctor he said . it's normal and i'm okay

and i'm on time regular most of the time

sometimes stress or medication you take or lots of other thing can change it .

If your 2wks later and they detected no HCG in your urine and your blood test was negative I would just give you menstrual cycle more time to come. Sometimes when you are stressed your menstrual can be delayed.|||There are certain things that can cause this... I would make an appt. with your OB/GYN to make sure everything is ok.
