Period is late and pregnancy tests are negative?

I usually get my period every 24 days on the dot no more no less, it's like clock work, so, my last period on 7/ 2, I was supposed to get it on 7/26 but nothing yet. I had a weird spotting on 7/15 bright pinkish/brownish spotting for 2 days very light.... would that have been like an early period?

Either way I did 4 pregnancy tests in the last 3 days and they were negative, Gyno told me to go in today for a blood test to be 100% sure. Has anyone experienced something like this? or know someone who has? what are other reasons that you know of why a period could be late?

I had the something similar with my last son. I had 3 regular periods before my test came out positive. I had a 4th period then my test came out positive.I was 3months. It is possible to have regular periods while you're pregnant. I had a regular one with my twnis(they passed) and my first 2boys. My 3rd son I had no clue I was pregnant until the funny period like you described came.The doctor didnt even know. I was in pain from the cyst that supports the baby. My doc was getting ready to remove my left ovary. Wait a few weeks(2) then go back and get a serum test.(Pregnancy test by blood) Stress can also cause missed and funny periods. GOOD LUCK
