Please explain the Blockbuster Video "no late fees" policy to me?

Please, in the most simple terms, explain how the no late fees policy works. I dont get it and no matter how people explain it to me, i dont get it.

With the no late fees, you can return your rental after the due date. They give you an extra week at no charge. After a week of it being overdue, they will charge your account for the price of the movie. When you return it, they will refund your account, but charge you a restocking fee.

they say there is no late fee so you return the movie even if it is late. but you get charged $1.49 restocking fee.|||i bought blockbuster's onlin access DVD rental, that was like" no late fee" that means, i paid 17.95 a month and get 3 DVD at a time online, when you finish with that, you may return those to your local blockbuster stores. you can exchange that for other 3 DVD you wanna watch in-store. Or, you can just simply drop that into your mailbox, and wait for new DVD you picked online ship to your house.

"no late fee" means, you won't get new DVD til they got old dvd that you return. They would not care how long that you hold your DVD. BUT you will end up paying 17.95 a month, no matter how many dvd you rent,, that make sense to you???

they have few more plans, like 2 DVD at a time for less money
