Please help me quick! my period is late 6 days late....and i have all the symptoms?

of being pregnant....i feel the exact same way as i did when i was pregnant with my daughter, nausea , fatigue, constipation, crampin in vaginal area.........i really want to be pregnant but i took a test 6 days ago that came out negative and i have a doctors appointment in 45 minutes to take a pregnancy test but i really really hope its positive...im sick and tired of negatives every month!!!! and i just really hope this time will be the positive...becuase i feel like im pregnant and im never late..im usaully early.........so what do you think? positive or negative?????????????????????? oh and i got this brownish discharge today, so i dont know if thats spotting or if my period is coming?????????

I think you need to relax and not be so anxious about getting pregnant. It will happen when it's meant to happen. I had 3 miscarriages before I had three kids...the harder you try the more likely you won't conceive.
