Pregnant from oral sex? 9 days late!?

I’m 16, and my period is now 9 days late. I’ve had my period for a little over 3 years. I have no sign of it coming either, usually a week before it comes my boobs start hurting, but my boobs hardly hurt at all, if they even do. My stomach feels like it’s going to burst though, and my face broke out, even though that isn’t a very good sign. For the last 3 months my periods have been 2 wks, 1 wk, and 11 days. Now it’s 9.

2 days ago I noticed a couple little brown spots, in a line, when I went to the bathroom. it really alarmed. Yesterday there was only like a spot each time i wiped. I've never ever had his happen and it scared me.

I'm never had sex, only oral sex, and I got my period last month for all the days. Last month i took a preg. test because i was freaking out, I heard if it’s on his finger even after a couple of min. i could still get pregnant. But the test was negative, and I got my period a few days later. This month I only gave him head, and I'm almost positive nothing got near my area.

4 months ago I changed my diet to a much healthier diet. Hardly any fatty foods, rarely any junk food/soda. A lot of water, but would after 4 months of eating like that still affect my period? I don’t exercise heavily so I don’t think it’s from that. I weigh 105ish and have a body fat of about 10% last checked in September. If I lost any weight, it was only maybe 5ish pounds. for the last few days I've had a little sore throat and a kinda stuffy nose, if that matters.
