its ridiculous getting detention 4 being late and even worse you get ISS if ur late 5 times its fricken maken me angry !! i was ready to flip on my principal i was so embarresed !!!!!
by the way ISS is in school suspension ! u stay in a room all day and pretend to do work ( lol at least i do ) im not a bad a girl tho i work hard and i study one tiime a jerk teacher gave me 2 days to study i thought i would fail but i got an 80 !! but dont u think its stupid punishment 4 being late my mom nearly flipped she said she might transfer me to a new school !!!

In my school three tardies you get one day of detention. The second time with three tardies two days of detention etc.
In my school you get iss if you do something real bad you get an iss, and than after the iss you have to go to detention the same day.
Did you have to go detention after you iss, if you did not you got off easy.
Try being on time because if you transfer to another school you may have different rules which may be worse.
