Should i be worried if i was late last month?

I was 5 days late last month but got a full period, i then went on a bc to regulate it (i believe it was thrown off because i moved in with new girl roomates bc now we are synced) and I just recently took the ring out sat, got it early monday, it was shorter than usual but not lighter, but i have been feeling sick since last week? off and on but i think i might have just had a big, before i was on bc i used condoms, and while on it protection was also used as backup, is there any cause for worry for pregnancy or did i just catch a bug or something?

Your body may not be adapted to the BC or other factors can do it like thinkin your pregnant can throw it off, stress, anxiety, a bunch of factors can effect it but if you always used a back up u should be good

just go get a test and check...you could be thrown off or not but you should still check.|||Doesn't sound as if you are pregnant to me. Think you have a bug.|||buy a test and stoping worrying whats done is done|||I wouldn't worry too much, but honestly I can't say what you might or might not have. If you do think you're pregnant try to take a pregnancy test, you could have catch a bug. But also remember BC actually does cause blood clots, and all that stuff. So make sure it's not because of the BC|||If you ever aren't sure, always take a PG test....But BC can throw your periods out of whack.....I'd say you were just adjusting to the new BC and it messed with your body.. but if you are worried, take a PG test.. You can get them at Walmart for like $4 and they do work.
