How big of a deal is it to show up late for a date (5-10 minutes). I still was able to score a second date with her, but was late for that one too...

Is that a total dealbreaker, or just annoying and able to be made up for? Other than that, we still got along really well, good conversation, she laughed at my jokes, I bought dinner, and kissed goodnight. If I can make it up (if she says yes to a third date), what do you suggest?

I wouldnt make a habit of it. Eventually she will think you dont consider her important enough to you to be on time. Being late is rude and infringes on other peoples time.
