Somebody help PERIOD 3 WEEKS LATE!!! PLS?

Okay my period is late by 3 weeks.. been tired.. slight cramping in my left lower side (not like period cramps tho),

i am getting fat lol... some spotting like 2 weeks ago (light brown when i wiped) but it stopped like after 8 days... 4 Neg urine test 2=hpt and 2=hospital.. last one though as a few days ago... yesterday i went to the bathroom and i wiped and it was light pink like Pepto bismol...VERY LIGHT PINK..with red dot in the middle of it...and today i have just been spotting red when i wipe, whats going on you think my period is coming on??Cause i usually dont spot before a period it usuall comes at full speed if you know what i mean and i usually always have REALLY bad cramps in my lower abdomen not on my side... my bbs also sore for the past week or so (like sharp pains off and on) i usually dont experience that either.. i just wish my period would come on though.. but if i was pregnant which i dont think i am i wouldnt mind that either... any ideas of whats going on??

well if you have had your peroid for awhile and your an adult i dont know sorry, but if you are a teenager or so then it takes awhile for periods to get into their normal cycle. it will probably come soon! im so sorry.
