Too late To Go Back To High School??? Stick With G.E.D??

My boyfriend was expelled from high school back in January '07. After a month, for multiple reasons (not excuses), he decided to get his G.E.D, I guess for a faster way. Anyways, I dont know exactly what they do before you get the g.e.d, but he's been taking classes at the place since march. So im hoping it ends soon.

Well recently he's been thinking about going back to High school and getting his Diploma. I've told him that I thought it was too late anyway PLUS...when he's through...he's THROUGH. I love it that he wants to go back and would encourage it but I keep thinking that it's too late. REASON WHY I DENY IT IS BECAUSE OF THAT REASON AND THE THOUGHT OF THE CREDITS HE MIGHT HAVE TO MAKE UP IN THE END.

IS IT TOO LATE?? HE TOOK MY ADVICE BUT IM STILL PONDERING ON THINKING THAT HE MIGHT HAVE A SECOND CHANCE....

NOW IM THE ONE WHO NEED THE ADVICE.

It's never to late for him to go back to school and regardless of the reasons that he was initially expelled, I commend him for going for his GED or for him wanting to get back into school. He should be supported in his decision to continue his education no matter what. You as his girlfriend should want that to...it will only help his future along.
