You need to tell the authority's about this your friend's need to be prosecuted they need help. I hope you do the rigth thing and if you decide to tell the authorities then i hope you talk to your parents first

I would definitely tell your parents, and then they will initiate the call to the police, for you to make a statement. This will help the boy who was the victim, and by saying something, you're helping the victim deal with this incident, too.
