What's going on with me? Late period, Lower back pain, sick to my stomach. Negative Preg. Test?

I have one child so I know what it is like to be pregnant. I have all the signs but no breast tenderness like my pregnancy before. I have taken two home pregnancy test, and went to Planned parenthood for another pregnancy test. All came back negative. I'm 12 days late on my period which never happens, and my period last month was 5 days late with pain in my lower stomach. Now I'm having lower back pain bad, and threw up a couple of times today. The nurse at planned parenthood did not seemed concerned about my symptoms at all, I told her everyhthing that was happining. My back pain feels like cramps that you get before your period but ten times worse, and is not because of injury or anything.

Any insite of what could be causing my symptoms? I really don't think I feel Pregnant.

well this same thing happened to me..took 2 tests and were negative..went to planned parenthood..negative.then one night i felt so sick i ended up in the ER and they did a pg test and it was negative...but they also found out i had a bad kidney infection. so maybe you have that or a diferetn infection. My symptoms were ALL pregnancy symptoms it was so weird

.I'm not a Dr. but if I were you I would ask my health care provider to check me out for endometriosis and Lupus. There's a litany of things that can be wrong. You may also be premenapausing
