Is this a malpractice issue? I was born with hypospadias. It was repaired when I was very young. Since then I keep getting Urinary Tract Infections. A urologist told me that it is because there is too much scar tissue from my hypospadias repair surgery. Is this a malpractice issue? If so, is it too late to sue? (20+ years later)

All surgeries come with risk...this is a known risk factor that the doc probably informed your family of. Your body makes the scar tissues, not the surgeons.
