Why Arent I Getting My Period......???Help!!!?
k....so im 3 days late for my period...and im stressing out a little bit..im way to nervous to get a pregnancy test...
but i think it might be due to other reasons....
i feel bloated...my face has broken out with pimples...i feel cramping.....my breasts are soar...
i have all my normal sympotoms...so im not sure why im not getting on...
certain people are saying that it may be because i recently lost 10-15 pounds in the last month and a half...and i also started excercising 3 days a week at the gym...
im not sure if this is a myth or the truth???
does anyone have any suggestions or opinions...or some information that can help me get my period..

unless you have been having alot of unprotected sex, you are probably fine.
excercise does affect your period sometimes, so does the amount of food you eat, and if you are eating enough.|||exercise could be the reason .. your body might be off track. stop stressing about it for a few days, stress normally delays it more ..|||Most likely you're just late or you skipped a month. Taking into your weight loss and the gym I'd say you put a lot of stress on yourself and that could be the cause of you being late.
