Why does my brother stay up late?

My brother is always up late.He is only 4 years old.He makes my mom stay up until like 1 or 2 in the morning.I know awful right.Please give me some advice Please.So we can finally get some peace and sleep for once.Please give me advice!!!!Thank you!

That's why being a parent is not always fun.

He should be in bed by at least 8:30.....so around 7:30 start to quiet him down....a warm bath....quiet music or a quiet story....sit or lay with him and then at 8:30 he's tucked in and put back to bed each time he gets out.

Hint.....make sure he only gets one nap during the day.

If he cries, oh well, he will eventually cry himself to sleep.|||well to tell you the truth your mom neebs to take him a shower at nigth and bue not take him out side because hill get a cold and when your mom takes him out of the shawear to put his clothes on and give him his bottle and put him to sleep and hill fall sleep and that way hill live you guys alone to go to sleep|||take him on walksin the mornnings and later in the day and make sure to get him up in the early mornning. keep his day very active. you may have to do this for quite a few days to make it work.
