1 month late, neg pregnancy test, obvious preg signs...am i?

I am usually very regular, i am now about a month late. a few days ago i took hpt and it was negitive and i've just started having unexplained pregnancy signs like nipples getting larger, chadwicks sign(blueish tint to vagina) and extremely tired all the time. I guess i just want to know if for some reason i could be pregnant if the test was negitive. Cuz there has been enough time for the hCG to build in my system.

have a blood test done!|||not all test are 100% so you should go to a doctor for a blood test because it is mostly right and it may have been too soon for the other test you took but it does sound like you are pregnate|||you are best off waiting another week before taking another test.
