10 days late???

I am now ten days late for my period, i have had all signs of pg sickness, sore boobs cramping . went to the doctors who said i was showing allsigns of pg and told me to hand a sample in on friday to do a pg test (ihave done three home tests that are negative) she also checked my urine for signs of infection and nothing.

Yesterday the stomch cramps got so bad that i was taken into hospital my urine and blood tests all came back clear no babies no infection no nothing (made me feel like it was all in my head)

Now i am really confused he said there is still a chance i could be just to early to detect HPT but if i am getting sympton then the hormone should be there.

I am really confused i feel like i am making it up has anyone had a negative blood test and still been pregnant??

Hi Lisa,

It is possible that you can be pregnant and not get a positive pregnancy test result, and if the pregnancy is really early you may not even get a positive blood test result - occasionally this does happen - but it is rare!

We my second child, I had morning sickness from day 1 - it was so bad that I had medication to help keep fluid down me...........but I didn't get a positive pregnancy test until around 7 weeks - now bear in mind that tests are more sensitive now so you would expect a positive around 1-14 days after your period was due.
