My period is 15 days late. Was on birth control, but wasn't religious about taking it on time. I was due to have my period on Jan 23rd, and on the 25-27 i had really, really light brown spotting, but only when I went to the bathroom. I went on the 31st for a blood test (I don't know if it was qualitative or quantative), and it was negative. I just feel pregnant. I have been nausous off and on, two days ago my breasts started getting really sore and seem larger and I feel like I am going to the bathroom a lot more than I used to. Is it possible that I maybe tested too early?

me too but im 16 days late. its possible.im going to do a blood test tomorow and i suggest u do the same. i read many women do not get to know their pregnant even after passing 2 months. i wish that you get what u want

Good luck :)|||it might or you just feeling like that because ur period is coming good luck.|||well blood test usually aren't wrong. if you don't get your period pretty soon, i would consider going to your doctor.|||If you had sex and didn't use birth control each time you can be pregnant. I would go have another test done soon. Because if you are pregnant you need prenatal care.|||that sure sounds like you're pregnant to me. All the symptoms are there. If you even miss one day of birth control you are at risk for becoming pregnant.

Birth control has been known to stop periods, but with your other symptoms combined I would say there is a very strong chance that you are going to be a mommy.

Blood tests are the way to go for early detection of pregnancy... as urine tests will only show if you are 5 weeks pregnant or more.

If I were you I would go to the doctor and talk to him/her, or even call the office and chat with the nurse about how long you should wait to have a high enough concentration of HCG in your blood to test positive.
