Drink a caffinated beverage. It won't hurt baby, but may help immensely. Also, fill the bath with ankle deep warm water (as warm as possible). Put your feet in and put an ice pack on the back of your neck. I've suffered from migraines and that's just one of my little tricks. Hope it helps! Best of luck.

Try laying in a quiet dim place (if you can) and lay a cold pack on your forehead then after a few put on the back of your neck and then on your forehead again going back and forth. The point of this is if your vessels have dilated slightly big (which is not uncommon) this will cause a severe headache that Tylenol willl not help. Then when you add cold this constricts the blood vessels and causes the blood to slow down that is rushing to your head and inturn your head will either lesson or discipate all together! Good luck with the head ache but still it is important to let your Dr know.|||I found out a cold cloth on my forehead or neck helped my headaches, I used to get them in my first tri-mester. Are you able to take a nap? Good luck!|||Since I have been pregnant I have had horrible migraines starting at about 15 weeks or so. I never had problems with it before. Tylenol is fine to take, but it never worked for me either. The dr. eventually prescribed me Tylenol 3, which helps a lot. Just recently she prescribed Midrin, too. So, there are other options. Also, if the pain gets too intense for you to handle, you can go to the hospital and they can give you tylenol 3, a shot, and or an IV drip. Good luck.|||When you are pregnant you are allowed to take Tylenol twice every four hours but not to exceed the amount of six....but if that doesn't help, ask your Ob doctor if he/she can prescibe you a stronger dose of tylenol. I was prescribed Tylenol with Codeine for my headaches when I was only 15 weeks pregnant and believe me it may put to sleep but it helps a lot! I hope this helps you!|||I got really bad headaches while I was pregnant too, Tylenol is the only thing they recommend. If that doesn't do anything for you, then I would suggest laying down for a little bit and definitely drink LOTS of liquids. There's not much to do but to tough it out really. Perhaps you're stressed out? I would definitely try to relax somehow, going for a walk or something should work: gets your mind off of your pain and just enjoy the scenery. Hang in there-it will go away.|||It very well could be a tension headache. I had them from my 2nd trimester until my daughter was a few months old. It's all the stress of the weight change (carrying a baby, breasts enlarging and pulling on your neck and shoulders), causing the muscles in your neck and shoulders to pull, and cause a headache. If your headache feels more like it's running from the base of your neck and up the top of your head to the front(around your nose), then it's probably a tension head ache. The best thing for that is to have someone (or yourself) rub your neck and shoulders, or try rolling your neck from side to side to loosen those muscles. If it doesn't get better, your doctor can give your a shot of muscle relaxant in your neck (not too painful), or prescribe a muscle relaxant for you to take when you're not working (naproxin, which is safe while pregnant). Good luck!|||I always get migraines around 17 weeks in pregnancy and I'm unable to take my prescription meds. I try to fight them off as long as I can (they can last up to 5 days) with tylonal but with 2 of the pregnancies (i've had 3) I had to go to the emergency room and get some demoral. I had to sign some papers saying I wouldn't sue if something did go wrong. But everything turned out okay and it was worth it to get rid of the migraine.|||drink more fluids or eat something. your body is trying to tell you that you need nutrition. Either that or a nap. try lying down for a few mintues and relax.|||try napping. lay down de stress and nap. if you have som one to help you let them worry about the house work and cooking... you just take it easy... try soaking in the tub.. wut ever relaxes you the most. sleep is always the best way to get better let your body fix its self while you rest.|||I suffered migraines (all my adult life) and they told me the same thing. What helped me most was to sleep as much as I could get until the headache went away. And I always put a cool rag on my head (but only because my mom did as a kid). Also keep the lights off if you can. Good Luck.|||Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck.
