24 days late with negative pregnancy test result!?

I'm 22 days late, but I have taken many home pregnancy tests and even a blood test, and they're all negative. I thought I had what it's called "implantation bleeding" (time and description did match)... but how come the pregnancy test results are negative? I've always been extremely regular... why am I not getting my period?

It sounds like you had an anovulatory cycle. It happens sometimes. If you don't start soon, call your doctor. He/she can prescribe some medicine to start your period and get your cycle regular again.

have you been excersicing lately?? Or are you just stressing out about it. It could be false pregnancy. You could have an ectopic pregnancy and this condition, if left untreated, can be very serious. When in doubt, it's always smart to see your MD. Hope this helps. Good luck.
