Is there anything I can take or should not take. Also, any natural suggestions welcome. I've got to do something...in agony.

i would take regular tylenol. doctors say it is safe. if u don't want to take medication, i would get a small towel and soak it with luke warm water and ut it on ur forhead or where ever it hurts, just relax and listen to some soft music or just try taking a nap

You can take tylenol for your headaches!|||Try a cold sweet treat whether it's ice cream or a snow cone you'd be surprised how it helps.|||drink lots of water and ask your doctor what headache tablets you can take good luck Hun and rest|||You could try taking paracetomol, it's quite safe when you're pregnant. I also suffered bad headaches when pregnant with my daughter and the doc told me it was my hormones.
