Any recommendations for a headache?

I have a headache after doing the "front roll" at my dance group today. It's only lasted for 2 hours, can someone recommend medicine or something? Or do you recommend me to rest? Since it's already 8:20 pm, should I sleep in about one hour? & Wake up tomorrow and it'll be gone? Please recommend something [= & It can't be bleeding of the brain right?

you're stressed.. take some rest.. sleep and proper diet.|||Depends on what kind of headache but I've extra straight Tylenol,Excedrin for migraines/tension works great or even for tension headaches as well but i know to that if i haven't eaten in a while i'll get headaches then once i eat and take one of those medicines it helps ,oh yeah and laying down for a little while.|||Hello, in answer to your question, i will list some things that helped for me :)
