Any way I can get rid of my tension headache?

Is there any way to get rid of a tension headache? Not just take medicine and numb the pain, I mean really get rid of it?

I'm not sure what's causing it. It's been hurtin like the last few days, off 'n on. Im not sure but i think its from sore or tightened muscles in my neck because i sleep on the couch.
